At Charwooy Design, we take pride in creating unique, handcrafted products using traditional craftsmanship. Many of our products are made to order, and production typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Returns

For standard, non-personalized products, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Products made to a customer's individual measurements, personalized specifications, engravings, or unique design requirements may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

Please note that being handmade or made to order does not automatically make a product non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
